SAYER’S DATES

Kabkab date is a small oval fruit with a weight of about 15 grams. It has a semi-dry texture with a firm light yellow skin. the ratio of the pulp to its stone is equal to 25 to 9. the stone is slender and straight with a grayish color while the pulp is soft and flexible.

This kind of date has a relatively wrinkle-free thick skin which is harvested both in the form of rarly ripen and late ripen date. the color of this date is black and brown.

Zahedi Date is small oval fruit with an average weight of about 8.31 grams.It has a semi-dry texture with a yellow and reddish brown skin. A major characteristic of this kind of date is its dryness, something which increases its shelf life.
